The Chronicle Newspaper

Established in 1974, The Chronicle is Winston-Salem’s oldest and most respected community newspaper. Published every Thursday, focusing on positive news happening in and around Winston-Salem and surrounding areas.

Goler Community Development

Goler Community Development Corporation, a 501 C (3) is a proud developer of urban real estate in the growing Winston Salem, North Carolina area. Goler’s major areas of focus are the development of real estate, entrepreneurship and employment.

Winston Salem Foundation-Black Philanthropy Initiative

BPI was established in 2007 and is a 100% Black-led initiative of The Winston-Salem Foundation that is explicitly, not exclusively, focused on grantmaking and programming that strengthens our local Black communities.

Women's Business Center

The WBC provides technical assistance to women entrepreneurs, both nascent and established in the areas of startup, finance, management, marketing and development.

At Flywheel we curate a community of people who are committed to growing their businesses. Our programs include startup acceleration and opportunities for investors to participate in early-stage deal flow.

MBD Business Center

The Capital Region MBDA Business Center delivers business and technical assistance that promotes growth. This Center assists clients with securing contract opportunities, develop teaming agreements and establishing partnerships in the private and public sector.

Office for HUB

The mission of this office is to promote the economic opportunities for historically underutilized businesses in State Government contracting and procurement that will foster their growth and profitability.
